The Woodlands Care Home, Singapore

Situated on the northern part of Pualau Ujong Island, this medicalized care home for the elderly has several features including being almost entirely constructed from prefabricated models.

It is ABS honour to be awarded to supply and install signage under her house brand, KIMSIGN for such highly rigorous development.  Proposing the standalone rectangular signs with inner welding and powder coating with etched text and graphics, the idea of ‘SMART’ technology and ‘BEAUTY’ face are further elaborated by neither hacking floor nor exposing the screws.  It is an excellent mesh with modular fashion and assembled concept. The 7 meter width facade 3D box up main sign at level 8 also landmarks this particular Lego like project.

Small details are never overlooked. The special picture like design of signage makes elderly way-findings much easier so as their daily lives within the Care Home.
